2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Nominees list, Shatta on the list?

CHARTERHOUSE GHANA, organisers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) have released the list of nominees for this year’s edition.

After four years of being blacklisted by the board for denigrating the scheme, Shatta Wale is back into the fray of the VGMAs and will face competition from Ebony, Sarkodie, Joe Mettle and label mate Stonebwoy for the topmost award.

The Ghana Music Awards is an award scheme designed to recognize, celebrate the hard work and dedication of various stakeholders and players in the entertainment industry.

Sponsored by telecom giant Vodafone, the festival will witness an official launch on March 5, a nominees’ jam in Cape Coast on March 24, a music seminar at the Movënpick Hotel on April 12, and the main event at the Accra International Conference Centre on April 14.
